A SURASURA construction method is an anticorrosive construction method which it cover with a thermoplastic material which has the lug which carried out anchor form in the surface of the existing concrete. This application method is a construction method which applies a special cement mortar to the concrete surface, inserts a thermoplastic sheet before a special cement mortar becomes hard, and it make combine a special cement mortar and a sheet mechanically, and make unite with concrete.
A formwork construction method is a construction method which sticks on formwork a thermoplastic sheet with the lug thing which carried out anchor form, and removes the back formwork which poured in concrete, adhesion of the sheets is carried out with an extruding adhesion machine, and it make unite with concrete.
According to a application, it can choose a thermoplastic sheet from the 3 following kinds.
(1) High-density polyethylene(HDPE)
(2) Polypropylene(PP)
(3) Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)
(1) High anticorrosive performances.
Since the thermoplastic sheet is used, it excel in chemical resistance very much.

Since the anchor knob of the back of these sheets is embedded and fixed in concrete, It is very firm also to osmosis of the water from a surface.

Welding of the seam of sheets is carried out with an extruding welding machine, and a completion test is done by a spark test and is increasing the reliability.
