(1)Light duty corrosion resistance:
corrosion resistant layer only lining.
(2)Heavy duty corrosion resistance:
For further protection of the lining, bricks and tiles are constructed on the lining layers.(Chemical tanks, waste liquid treatment equipments, floors for anti-acid, pulp bleaching equipments, reacting towers etc.)
CHUO BOSHOKU lining system decides the optimum material and the number of layers, on service condition.
Skilled CHUO BOSHOKU craftsmen perform perfectly from the surface preparation to the inspections.
FURAN RESIN LININGS can be constructed in the field on the concrete and the steel plate by CHUO BOSHOKU original design. They are easy to repair at room temp.
POLYCENT #40, #50 LININGS, developed specifically for oxidizing acid, non-oxidizing acid, solvent and alkali, are excellent corrosion resistant membranes. They are heat resistant and strong mechanically, when reinforced with the carbon fibers and the synthetic fibers.
FLAKE LININGS have the delaying effect of the diffusion time but the construction technic is very difficult.
CHUO BOSHOKU has conquered the difficulty by the construction design and the development of top coating.
POLYCENT E LININGS, developed for good adhesion and excellent corrosion resistance, are of epoxy resin of less viscous non-solvent type.
They can offer strong lining layers.
